How Boraie Development Supports Child Causes In New Brunswick
New Jersey Stage recently published an article about the sponsors of the New Brunswick State Theatre Free Summer Movies Series. These two sponsors are Boraie Development, a real estate firm owned by Omar Boraie, and The Provident Bank Foundation which is an organization that supports other nonprofits in their missions. The series they sponsor is movies that are shown throughout the summer free of charge. This is meant to give children an opportunity to enjoy a movie they might otherwise not see while spending time with their parents and other children.
The Free Summer Movies Series is comprised of six popular children’s movies. This includes Frozen, Despicable Me 2, Babe, E.T. the Extra Terrestrial, Aladdin, and Monsters University. The series is very popular with the community and are shown in the historical building of the State Theatre. The movies are shown on state-of-the-art screens and projected from an HD digital projection system.
Anna Marie Gewirtz is a Vice President at the State Theatre. She remarked that she was pleased that sponsors stepped up to support this important entertainment option for children throughout the summer. Providing free entertainment to children makes it so that families of every economic background have a way to fun during the summer months.
Boraie Development is a real estate company located in New Brunswick which offers a full array of services. This includes real estate development, property management, and handling their own sales and marketing efforts. It has been in business for over 30 years and has developed into one of the best known real estate companies in New Jersey. Their goal is to bring much needed residential, office, and retail space to the downtown core of New Brunswick.
According to Central Jersey Working Moms, in recent years, Boraie Development has also begun to build high-rise towers in other cities in New Jersey including Newark and Atlantic City. When starting the Newark project the former NBA player Shaquille O’Neal was on hand as he is originally from that city. He wants to help rejuvenate Newark and so decided to partner with Boraie Development to get this project launched. Check out Central Jersey Working Moms to see more.
There are also efforts underway to rejuvenate Atlantic City. It is a city that is facing an economic crisis, in no small part due to its reliance on casinos. Boraie Development is building new housing in the city in the form of a high-rise tower. The new building will be located in the South Inlet area and will also include retail space.
