Graham Edwards – CEO of Telereal Trillium, Investor, and Philanthropist
Telereal Trillium is a private company that was founded in 1997. The main focuses of the company are property management and property investment (news.cision.com). They are headquartered in London, England and employ over 420 employees. Graham Edwards is the Chief Executive Officer, a role he has filled since 2001. Telereal Trillium has an annual revenue of over £1 billion and has been established as the industry leader for investment and outsourcing. Edwards was responsible for a £2.4 billion transaction between Telereal and BT which centered around 6,700 properties.
Telereal Trillium has brokered some massive deals over the years since first beginning two decades ago, including over £3 billion in property management contracts with the UK. There current property portfolio is more than impressive, including over 8,000 properties in total and valuing over £6bn. They also manage the property portfolios of such major clients the Birmingham City Council and Royal Mail and have interests in the Royal Bank of Scotland. Shares for Telereal Trillium are held by The William Pears Group and the William Pears Group EBT and the B Pears Trust.
Edwards is an investor, philanthropist, and has been an extremely successful businessman. His main interests are quite diverse and have involved mainly engineering, mining, water, software, and real estate. He studied at Cambridge University in England and currently working on earning his MA from King’s College London. In the past Edwards acted as CEO for Talisman Global Asset Management, a company that is now worth over £1 billion. He has also held executive management positions for such huge firms as BT Group Plc and Merrill Lynch Investment Management.
Edwards is a member of several different prestigious boards and committees including the British Friends of the Hebrew University, UK MDA, World ORT and Pennies, One Voice Europe, the Portland Trust, and others. He is a is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the UK Society of Investment Professionals.
