Alternative Investment Manager Highland Capital Management Sponsors Engage Series in the George W. Bush Institute
Multi billion international alternative investment company Highland Capital Management presented on January 2018 a $10 million dollar endowment gift to the George W. Bush Institute to sponsor the “Engage at the Bush Center, presented by Highland Capital Management” programming series.
The Engage series started in 2015 and has brought influential thinkers and newsmaker individuals to sold out events. The Engage series events presented by Highland Capital program includes the Art & Leadership of Winston Churchill to be presented on June 26th, 2018. The event will offer attendees the rare opportunity to appreciate firsthand Churchill’s art, and witness a panel discussion on the traits that made the British ex Prime Minister an effective leader; and with the application of those leadership principles on today’s issues.
The programming also includes The Lazarus Effect: 15 years after the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the Engage series will present on May 9th will commemorate the program that has saved the life of over 13.3 million people with two panels on the impact and future of global health involvement.
